I have been a user of the MMT property tax information products since 1996, starting with the Real Estate Activity Reporting System (known as REARS) which migrated to SalesNet and finally the current web-based product, SearchNet.

Not all sales transactions are included in the local MLS system (such as FSBO’s, Foreclosures, etc.) but I have access to this information through SearchNet when looking for comparable sales transaction information. This has greatly improved my market analysis, listing, and sales abilities. The various components including custom map searches, Trend Reports and particularly the graphing capabilities, are tools no Realtor should be without.
